About Tom
Author, and national speaker, Tom Bober, is a school librarian and district library coordinator in Clayton, MO. He serves as current President of the Missouri Association of School Librarians.
Tom has been a Library Journal Mover and Shaker, Teacher in Residence at the Library of Congress, a DPLA Community Rep, and member of teacher advisory boards for the National Portrait Gallery and the American Archive of Public Broadcasting. He has authored three books including his most recent co-authored book, Literature and Primary Sources: The Perfect Pairing for Student Learning. he hosts the Primary Source Podcast.
Tom gives workshops, webinars, and keynotes focused on his library, students, and work with primary sources, inquiry learning, nonfiction, and news literacy.
